This workout was created to build total body strength and endurance. It's a well rounded workout to get you ready for any adventure, endurance or to just up your fitness level. Upper body, lower body and cardiovascular endurance are all packed into one, with a trainer that inspires you to perform and a gym with luxury amenities that keep you at your peak.

TENNIS BALL MADNESS

Wednesday's at 6:00 PM

This high-intensity metabolic team-oriented workout will leave you fit and motivated for the demands of your everyday life. Intense, but also supportive and fun, this class has a competitive edge to it and you will absolutely energized by the end. Have fun!
