WHAT IS MICROBLADING?

Microblading provides a semi-permanent solution for fuller eyebrows, ideal for achieving the perfect brow shape to compliment your features or to replace missing/thin brow hairs. We use very fine, specially contoured microneedles to deposit pigment into the top layer of the skin, using strokes that resemble your brow hairs and growth patterns. Each microblade tool is single-use, comes individually sealed, sterilized and will be disposed off after the treatment. Microblading is more superficial than tattooing, implanting color closer to the top of the skin’s surface. The result is extremely fine and crisp natural looking pigments that resemble brow hairs.

If you are still unsure, our technicians will be happy to evaluate your situation and help decide if Microblading is right for you.

WHAT TO EXPECT BEFORE & AFTER?

Sessions can last 1 – 3 hours depending upon the desired results. The service begins with a facial mapping procedure. The technician considers the shape of your face, the symmetry of the face and defining features to match you with a brow shape that best suits you. The technician will mark out the areas with a fine brow pencil so you can approve the changes to your brow line.

A client’s level of comfort will vary slightly; however, most clients report their sessions being relatively painless. Your technician applies a topical anesthetic to numb the area and the anesthetic works immediately after the skin is open. Immediately following your Microblading session, your brows may look alarmingly bold. The pigmented areas may have a darker, more defined color and thickness than your natural hairs but this is only temporary. This will fade away within a week or two. You are provided with post-care/at-home care instructions and things to avoid for the first few days to achieve the best results and avoid infection.

HOW MANY VISITS ARE REQUIRED?

After your first Microblading session, 90% of the final product is complete. 4-6 weeks later, you will return to finalize the look, add more detail, and fill in any areas that may need extra detail or color. The second visit is included in your initial price. It is recommended that you come in once/year for touch-ups as the pigment will fade over time.
