ONE-ON-ONE TRAINING

Our training programs are built to help you reach your goals, keep your workouts fresh, and make exercise exciting.

From strength training and body sculpting to core conditioning, or private yoga, we have personal trainers that will help you move better, feel stronger, and look leaner. After an initial consultation, your trainer will customize a program based on your fitness goals. Also, when you work with one of our trainers, your gym membership is free. 


PERSONAL TRAINING MEMBERSHIP
Training 1.5 hours or more per week earns you:

  • Free gym membership w/unlimited access to the facility
  • 10% off spa services
  • Unlimited group fitness classes (classes with a fee not included)
  • House-charging privileges

You can book single sessions by the hour or half hour or receive a discounted rate for package bookings. We also offer team and group training. Personal training rates vary by commitment levels, and initial consultations are always gratis.

We offer a variety of options for private yoga instruction beneficial for beginners or experts and is complementary to a training or lifestyle regime or for self-healing.  We adapt yoga exercises to those looking to alleviate pain and stress to make your daily routine more enjoyable.
