Systemic inflammation reduction

Full Spectrum Infrared Icon
Full-spectrum infrared wavelengths penetrate deep into the soft tissue to raise the core body temperature, inducing a healthy immune response. This thermal activation mobilizes white blood cell production and reduces systemic swelling—the primary driver of chronic pain and joint stiffness.

Cellular thermal activation

Sunlighten mPulse Technology Icon
Unlike traditional convective saunas, the Sunlighten mPulse utilizes Near, Mid, and Far infrared wavelengths. These waves penetrate up to 5cm into the body, bypassing the surface skin to directly stimulate the mitochondria. This creates a relaxation response at the cellular level, allowing tendons and deep muscle fibers to release tension.

Enhanced vascular recovery

Vascular Circulation Icon
As infrared heat dilates capillaries and arteries, it triggers a significant increase in peripheral blood flow. This "passive cardio" effect delivers oxygen-rich blood to depleted muscles and joints, accelerating the removal of metabolic waste and promoting rapid healing of soft tissue.

Targeted programs

With customizable, clinically backed programs, this sauna experience is designed to meet you where you are and support how you want to feel. See the progams below.

  • A high-intensity program designed to mobilize and eliminate heavy metals and environmental toxins through a deep, cellular sweat.

  • A gentle blend of wavelengths designed to lower cortisol, calm the nervous system, and encourage deep relaxation.

  • Focuses on Near-Infrared (NIR) to stimulate collagen production and improve skin clarity and elasticity.

  • Mimics a passive aerobic workout by increasing heart rate and circulation to support long-term heart health.

  • Engineered to boost your metabolic rate and calorie burn by significantly increasing core body temperature.

  • Reaches deep into muscle tissue to soothe chronic aches, reduce stiffness, and accelerate soft tissue repair.

  • Supports the body’s natural defenses by inducing a temporary "fever" state that activates white blood cell production.

mPulse Sauna FAQ’S

  • We provide everything you need for a seamless transition into relaxation, including luxury robes, towels, and sandals. During your session, most guests prefer to wear swimwear or lightweight cotton clothing, though 'birthday suit' is perfectly acceptable for maximum infrared penetration in your private suite.

  • For cumulative health benefits, we recommend 2–3 sessions per week. However, even a single session is highly effective for immediate recovery. Many of our RE·MEDĒ™ Members find that a consistent weekly rhythm provides the best results for sleep and inflammation management.

  • Every body is different, but most guests begin to sweat intensely during the last 10–15 minutes of their session as the core temperature peaks. Because infrared heats the body directly rather than the air, you may find the sweat feels 'cleaner' and less oppressive than a traditional sauna.

  • While a formal note is not required for most guests, we prioritize your safety. If you have a chronic condition, recent surgery, or are under active medical care, we highly recommend a brief consultation with your physician. Our wellness attendants are happy to provide technical specifications for your doctor to review.

  • Not exactly. While you may see a soft glow, the therapeutic benefits come from our patented SoloCarbon® heaters. These are the only heaters on the market clinically proven to deliver the specific near, mid, and far wavelengths required for deep cellular results."

  • Yes. Infrared therapy is a widely researched modality in the fields of sports medicine and longevity. Sunlighten technology, specifically, has been used in clinical studies to show improvements in blood pressure, weight loss, and pain management. We invite you to speak with our wellness team for more resources on the science behind your session."

  • The core body temperature of children rises much faster than adults. For this reason, we limit sauna use to guests 18 years and older. This ensures a safe, controlled environment for all our members and guests."

  • To protect your device’s internal components from thermal damage and to fully honor your 'digital detox,' we recommend leaving electronics in your secure locker. This is your time to disconnect and let the light do the work.

  • While infrared is a natural light therapy, we prioritize the safety of our guests above all else. Sauna use is not recommended during pregnancy. For breastfeeding mothers, we suggest staying extra hydrated and consulting with your physician prior to your first session to ensure it aligns with your wellness plan."

  • For the safety of both mother and baby, sauna use is not permitted during pregnancy. Excessive heat exposure can be a risk during fetal development. We look forward to welcoming you back for a restorative 'Post-Natal' recovery session once you have been cleared by your doctor."

IMPORTANT HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS
