    Our knowledgeable spa coordinators are here to help guide you toward the treatments that best suit your needs. To ensure your preferred time and service are available, we recommend booking in advance.

    Please note: A credit card is required to reserve all treatments and packages.

  • To confirm your spa reservation, a credit card is required at the time of booking.

    We kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service, including tax and gratuity. If you miss this cancellation window and are charged, you have 7 days to reschedule and complete the service using the original payment.

    For groups of three or more, we require a 72-hour cancellation notice. The designated point of contact for group bookings will be held responsible for any cancellations or changes to individual guest appointments within the group.

    Gift cards are available for purchase online or in-store, and are valid for five years from the date of issue.

    Professional-Grade Fitness Center
    Spa guests are invited to enjoy our professional-grade fitness center on the day of their service—featuring a full range of equipment and amenities to support your movement, strength, and wellness goals.

  • To help you make the most of your visit, we offer a range of thoughtful amenities and helpful tips to create a smooth, restorative spa experience from start to finish.

    To save time and begin your visit with ease, we encourage you to complete your digital intake forms before arrival. If you’ve opted in to receive emails or text messages, you’ll find a link to your forms in your appointment confirmation and reminder communications.

    If we have your mobile number and you’ve opted in for text notifications, your form will also be conveniently sent via text. If you're unable to complete it in advance, please arrive early to fill it out in person.

    • For appointments under 1 hour, please arrive at least 15 minutes early.

    • For treatments over 1 hour, we recommend arriving 30 minutes early to allow time to complete your form, change into spa attire, and relax before your service.

    Planning a workout before your treatment? We suggest allowing at least 30 minutes between your workout and your spa service so your body has time to cool down and fully benefit from your treatment.

  • Please note that memberships and prepaid packages or series are non-refundable. Unless otherwise specified, all packages have a five-year expiration date from the date of purchase.
