Our spa coordinators can guide you to the right treatment choice. To ensure your preferred time and service is available, we recommend booking in advance. We require a credit card to guarantee all treatments and packages.
We require a credit card to guarantee all reservations. You must notify us of appointment cancellations 24 hours prior to your start time to avoid being charged for the full service, tax & gratuity. We have a 72 hour cancellation policy for groups of 3 or more. The point of contact for appointments with two or more guests is held responsible for any cancellations of each guest.
BEFORE AND AFTER
To use the facility, work with a trainer, participate in a group exercise classes or have a spa treatment we require all new guests to complete New Guest Intake Form available online or at the spa. You will be provided a secure locker, luxurious towels, robes and slippers and any amenities required for use during your spa visit. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior for spa treatment bookings of under 1 hour and up to 30 minutes in advance for those bookings over 1 hour to allow sufficient time to fill out the new guest intake form and also to change, relax and enjoy the spa facilities. If using the fitness facility before your treatment, we encourage you to arrive early enough to allow 30 minutes between your workout and treatment. Please be advised that late arrivals will result in a reduction of treatment time.
We want you to enjoy the facilities in full. Our spa environment is one of relaxation and tranquillity. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. In light of this, please refrain from using your mobile phone.
Enjoy lunch from The Mustard Seed Market on your spa day. We have an assortment of menu options for you which are prepared fresh daily. It is our pleasure to customize a package tailored to your needs & desired experience. Purchase online or in-store. Gift cards are not refundable & may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
MEMBERSHIPS AND PACKAGES
Memberships are not refundable. Prepaid package or series are not refundable and have a five-year expiration date unless otherwise specified. All packages sales are non-refundable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Terms subject to change for special promotions and offers.
DISCOUNTS AND THIRD-PARTY GIFT CERTIFICATES
No discounts are valid when redeeming a gift card issued from The Spa at Yellow Creek, Spa Wish or Spa Finder. Only one discount or promotion may be used for any single transaction/visit. Spa Finder and other third party gift certificates may not be used towards tax or gratuity.
Kindly advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your choice of treatment when making your spa reservation and filling out your new guest intake form.
To continue your spa experience at home, most products used in our treatments are available for purchase at our reception desk.
The Spa at Yellow Creek accepts no responsibility for loss of any valuables and/or jewelry at any time on the spa or gym premises. We advise you not to bring valuables to the spa.
All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
For your convenience, an 18% gratuity will be added to your services at the time of check-out which may be altered at your discretion.
NEW GUEST INTAKE
We ask that all new guests complete an intake form to gain the appropriate information to customize your experience and avoid any health risks. Expedite your check-in process by completing your paperwork online, or you may fill it out when you arrive for your treatment.
