The Yellow Creek team will contact you to confirm your membership details, finalize your agreement, and help schedule your first visit, so joining online starts a guided confirmation instead of an abrupt handoff.

Spa membership terms

Start date: Spa memberships begin on the first of the month.

Commitment: A 6-month minimum commitment is required. After the initial term, memberships continue month-to-month.

Pricing: Displayed membership pricing is monthly and subject to applicable tax. Promotional membership rates, including seasonal offers, are guaranteed during the initial 6-month commitment term when a promotion is active. After that term, membership continues at the regular discounted membership rate, subject to notice of any future pricing changes.

Amenities: Traditional Finnish Sauna, gym, and lounge access are complimentary for use specifically on the day of your scheduled spa service.

Member privileges: House account privileges and standing appointments are available to make recurring visits easier.

Unused services: Unused services may roll over, and your monthly service may be gifted if you are unable to use it.

Pauses: Memberships may be frozen for up to 90 days per calendar year. Freeze time is added to the end of the commitment period, and benefits are unavailable while frozen.

Shared benefits: Member pricing may be shared with friends or family when they join you for services.

Cancellation: Packages and memberships are non-refundable. Spa memberships require the initial 6-month commitment, then continue month-to-month with 30 days written notice to cancel.

Start date: Gym memberships may be prorated when joining mid-month.

Commitment: Annual plans require an annual membership commitment. Month-to-month plans continue monthly until cancelled according to membership terms.

New online member bonus: Online gym joins receive one complimentary core RE·MEDĒ™ recovery session, redeemable for Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Halotherapy, Compression, or PEMF. HOCATT™ is excluded.

Access: Gym membership includes fitness facility access according to the selected plan, with access to locker rooms, Finnish saunas, and Tranquility Lounge amenities according to gym membership terms.
