CANCELLATION POLICY NOTICE: The Spa at Yellow Creek requires a credit card or gift card to guarantee all reservations. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all services. If for some reason you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and did not cancel within the specified 24 period, your services and an 20% gratuity will be charged to the card on file and you will have seven (7) days to make up your appointment. Individuals who are having multiple services require a 48 hour cancellation notice and parties of three (3) or more require a cancellation of 72 hours or more to avoid being charged for any cancelled appointments in your group. All reservations made for multiple clients will be held using the credit card for the person who scheduled the appointment and all guests who have not cancelled appointments within the times specified above will be charged to the card used to guarantee the reservation.
