We have partnered with Flex to enable you to use your HSA/FSA funds. You can now get reimbursed for qualifying Therapeutic Massage, Recovery Services and Gym Memberships at The Spa at Yellow Creek.

Therapeutic Massage may qualify for reimbursement with HSA/FSA funds.
If massage supports a qualifying medical need, Flex can help you complete a quick consultation for a Letter of Medical Necessity to submit with your receipt.

Fill out a brief, 2-minute chat-based consultation with a licensed provider. If eligible, you will receive a Letter of Medical Necessity in under two hours.
Start before you buy
Complete the Flex consultation before making the purchase you want to submit for reimbursement.
Pay normally
Use a standard payment method at The Spa at Yellow Creek. Do not use your HSA/FSA card at checkout.
Submit your documents
Submit your Letter of Medical Necessity and receipt to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement.
Important Note
Your letter is valid for one year.
Your consultation is $15 and HSA/FSA eligible. Make sure to complete the consultation before making your purchase, as only same-day or future purchases can be reimbursed. Reimbursement depends on your individual plan, medical need and HSA/FSA administrator requirements.
