COLD PLUNGE FAQ

Before you plunge.

A little preparation makes the cold much easier to approach. Here is what to know before your first session.

How cold is the water?

The XR Cryo Plunge is maintained within a controlled range of approximately 39°F to 50°F.

How long do I stay in?

The actual cold-water immersion is generally about 3 to 5 minutes. Your appointment also allows time to change, prepare and rewarm afterward.

What should I wear?

Standard swimwear works well. Towels, robes and sandals are available, along with a private place to change.

What if I have never cold plunged before?

That is completely fine. Enter gradually, concentrate on steady breathing and keep your first immersion within a duration that feels manageable for you.

How is the water maintained?

The XR Cryo Plunge uses continuous water circulation and ozone filtration as part of its water-management system.

Can I combine cold plunge with infrared sauna?

Yes. Guests who want both heat and cold can book our Fire + Ice Contrast Therapy experience, which combines infrared sauna with cold-water immersion.
