Services include Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Halotherapy, Normatec Compression, PEMF, Therabody SmartGoggles and more advanced options such as Ozone Sauna, Frequency Specific Microcurrent and CryoWave. Whether you want to relax, recover after activity, address a specific area or build a consistent wellness routine, RE·MEDĒ gives you multiple ways to recover based on how you feel.

Start with what you’re feeling. Our Feeling Finder can help point you toward the RE·MEDĒ service that makes the most sense for you that day. New guests can also try five core recovery services for $60 with our New Guest Intro.

The New Guest Intro includes one session each of Infrared Sauna, Cold Plunge, Halotherapy, Normatec Compression and PEMF Therapy. The five services have a combined value of $219 and must be used within 30 days of purchase. The offer is available to new RE·MEDĒ guests only.

No. RE·MEDĒ is designed for everyday wellness and recovery as well as fitness and athletic recovery. Guests use our services when they feel stressed, sore, tired, overworked, low on energy or simply want to make recovery part of their wellness routine.

Yes. Many RE·MEDĒ services can be combined during one visit depending on your goals, appointment availability and individual contraindications. Our team can help you choose a combination based on how you feel that day.

Core recovery services are designed to fit easily into a regular wellness routine. Advanced recovery options such as Ozone Sauna, Frequency Specific Microcurrent and CryoWave provide more specialized or targeted experiences when you want something beyond your regular recovery routine.

Ozone Sauna is an advanced 30-minute whole-body wellness experience powered by HOCATT™ technology. It combines 10 modalities in one session, including ozone, CO₂, PEMF, far infrared, whole-body hyperthermia, microcurrent, frequency specific microcurrent, oxygen, photon light and ultrasonic cavitation.

It depends on the service. Comfortable clothing works well for many recovery treatments, while some services may require changing. Bring a swimsuit if you are using the cold plunge. Our team will let you know what to expect when you book, and appropriate spa amenities are available when needed.

Not every recovery service is appropriate for every guest. Pregnancy, certain health conditions, medications, implanted devices and other factors may affect which services are appropriate for you. Services are subject to individual contraindications and health screening. If you are unsure, contact us before booking.

Choose a membership based on how often you want to recover. Restore includes 4 core sessions per month, Revitalize includes 8 core sessions plus additional benefits, and Rejuvenate includes unlimited access to select core services and the Gym along with additional monthly benefits. All RE·MEDĒ memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment.

Do unused membership sessions roll over?
Eligible unused sessions in the Restore and Revitalize memberships can roll over for up to 90 days, giving you flexibility when your schedule changes.

Can I use HSA or FSA funds for RE·MEDĒ services or memberships?
Qualifying recovery services and memberships may be eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement through Flex when there is a qualifying medical need. Complete your Flex consultation before purchase. Eligibility and reimbursement depend on your individual plan and administrator requirements.
