    Step 1: Pure Oxygen

    Breathe 95% medical-grade oxygen via nasal cannula to saturate the blood and prepare the body for systemic detoxification. While your body is enclosed in the chamber, your head remains outside for total comfort and ease.

HOCATT Ozone Therapy FAQ’s

  • As a safety precaution, we recommend that any prescription medications be taken at least 4 hours before or 4 hours after your session. HOCATT™ increases metabolic efficiency, which may alter how your body processes certain medications. Always consult your physician if you have specific concerns.

  • HOCATT™ therapy is not recommended during the first trimester of pregnancy.

  • HOCATT™ therapy is contraindicated during menstruation, as it dilates the arteries and may increase the blood flow (i.e you might mess on your towel). If you choose to do HOCATT™ therapy anyway, it is advised that you keep on your underwear and a sanitary pad/tampon.

  • To maximize the transdermal (through-the-skin) absorption of ozone and carbonic acid, we recommend being undressed or wearing minimal swimwear. You will be provided with a private room and a towel for your comfort and modesty.

  • Hydration is critical. We recommend drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water the day of your session. Avoid eating a heavy meal within 90 minutes of your appointment, and arrive ready to relax in our dedicated recovery suite.

  • HOCATT™ sessions usually last 30 mins, allow time before and after to get changed and to ask
    and answer any questions.

  • We recommend waiting 6 to 8 hours before showering. Following the session, 'ozone messengers' remain active on the skin’s surface; allowing them to remain ensures you receive the full systemic benefit of the therapy.

  • Medications, including blood pressure, insulin and any other prescribed medication should be taken at least 3-4 hours away from your HOCATT™ session.

  • While a single session provides a systemic reset, most clients see the best results with a protocol of 2–3 sessions per week. For chronic conditions or intensive athletic recovery, we offer packages designed for long-term physiological optimization.
