  • The Spring Reset is a curated 60-minute recovery circuit designed to combat seasonal fatigue and inflammation. It includes four targeted treatments: PEMF Therapy, Halotherapy (Salt Therapy), Infrared Sauna, and a guided Cold Plunge. Each modality works in tandem to restore your body’s baseline.

  • Our advanced wellness suite is located inside The Spa at Yellow Creek in Akron (Bath), Ohio. We are situated in a beautifully restored 1901 landmark at 3636 Yellow Creek Road, serving the greater Akron, Fairlawn, and Cuyahoga Falls areas.

  • While you will feel immediate relief after one session, we recommend a consistent "ritual" of 1–2 sessions per week to maintain cellular health and respiratory clarity, especially during peak allergy and cold seasons in Northeast Ohio.

  • We provide plush robes, sandals, and towels. We recommend wearing comfortable athletic attire for your circuit. Since our Infrared Sauna and Cold Plunge encourage deep detoxification, you may wish to bring a change of clothes for after your visit.
