Black Friday / FAQs

Good to know.

What makes a spa membership different from a treatment series?

Spa membership provides a recurring monthly service and exclusive same-day member benefits. A 9-for-7 treatment series is a prepaid purchase whose sessions can be gifted independently, but it does not include member privileges.

Can my friend share my membership benefits?

Yes, when your guest accompanies you and receives the same eligible service, they can receive the member rate and same-day member privileges, subject to membership rules.

Do members get discounted skincare products?

No. There is no retail product discount included with spa membership. Spa membership includes a 10% discount on qualifying additional spa services.

Can I add nail care or gym membership?

Yes, qualifying massage memberships can be combined with one or two monthly nail services, and spa members can add a separate gym membership for $40/month. Combined billing and applicable two-visit rates are arranged with the spa.

How long do the Black Friday membership prices last?

Spa membership Black Friday rates are for the first six monthly billing periods, with a six-month minimum. Recovery membership introductory rates apply to the first three monthly billing periods, with a three-month minimum. Regular membership rates apply afterward.

Can I use the 15% individual service offer on an existing booking?

No. The individual-service promotion applies to eligible newly booked appointments, limited to two discounted services per guest.
