  • Steam and Far Infrared Sauna 

    • Uncontrolled high blood pressure
    • Pregnancy (Remove the Ist trimester of pregnancy)
    • Children under 18yrs
    • Heart condition including heart failure or recent heart attack.
    • Bleeding disorders e.g haemphiliacs

  • Transdermal Ozone

    • Pregnancy (remove 1st trimester of pregnancy)
    • Thyrotoxicosis/ hyperthyroidism
    • Organ transplant recipients/ and or those taking immune suppression medication
    • Cutaneous porphyria
    • Vitiligo

  • Frequency Specific Microcurrents

    • Epilepsy and/or seizures
    • Electrical implants e.g. pacemaker, cochlear implant, intrathecal pump, insulin pump, etc.
    • Pregnancy
    • Known heart conditions e.g. heart failure, heart blockages, recent heart attack, arrhythmias, etc.
    • Blood clots/DVT’s or strokes
    • Recent surgery
    • Implanted metals e.g. pins, plates, screws, joint replacements, mechanical heart valves, metal stents, staples in blood vessels, etc.
    • Broken, injured, swollen, inflamed or infected skin
    • Cancerous/ malignant tissue
